Tom Zeaiter Constructions was founded in 1984 and for 35 years we have worked hard to earn our good reputation in both construction and property development industries – primarily focusing on premium apartment and residential developments alongside many government projects (for the NSW Land & Housing Corporation) in Western Sydney.
Our success has been forged through 35 years and 3 generations of strong relationships with architects, engineers, planners and suppliers. We are proud to have delivered high-quality properties throughout Western Sydney and we look forward to continuing to build a better world for generations to come.
In a move to constantly support the local economy, we utilise local specialists so that the community grows with us, helping other Australian businesses to get their foot in the door, and with us, build a lasting legacy of quality and sustainability.
